C O N D I T I O N
Good vintage condition. The hem is a little uneven, being a bit longer in the front/left side than the back/right side; since these felt skirts aren't typically hemmed (including this one), you could easily cut it to be more even. There is some cracking and worn parts on the glitter design; it could either be worn as it is, or easily touched up. Several tiny dots of surface wear and one very tiny hole all on back of skirt, which aren't too noticeable when worn. Sold as-is and priced accordingly.
